Introducing Home Cards

You can now display information on an Echo Show even when guests aren't using the device.

This new capability has a couple of major impacts:

You no longer need a physical sign next to your device providing instructions. Instead, you can put instructions right on the screen.
Guest engagement with the device will increase. By highlighting your recommendations, you will have greater positive impact on your guest's stay.

This feature is called 'Home Cards'. They are displayed as a carousel on the Echo Show home screen. Up to 20 cards can be in rotation at a time. A card can include a title, description and an image that fills the entire screen.

Home Cards are located under Account > Home Cards in the AIPEX Portal. For more information see the short Home Cards video overview in the support section of our website. If you have an Echo Dot at your property, strongly consider upgrading to an Echo Show 8. The service you provide your guests will take a big leap forward. Note: We don't recommend the Echo Show 5, the screen is a little too small.
