Introducing a utility model for the AIPEX Virtual Concierge where you only pay for what you use

Today for self-service customers of AIPEX Virtual Concierge, we are announcing a replacement for the industry-standard monthly subscription. With this new utility model, you can pay only for what you use. Here is how it works:

You can purchase credits that can then be enabled at your properties. If you are in the off-season and don’t have guests, you can toggle your properties ‘off’. Credits then aren’t consumed, and your service costs you nothing until guests return and you re-enable your property.

As we introduce this change, we are also making the first 30 credits free for new accounts. There are also discounts based on quantity of credits purchased.
