The Virtual Concierge Can Now Facilitate a Guest Sentiment Check Upon Arrival

Lodging providers know that one of the most important things you can do is address any issues that guests have as early as possible. Now the AIPEX Virtual Concierge can help with that.

As guests arrive, they are greeted by the Virtual Concierge with a prompt for feedback as they settle in. It reduces the risk that a complaint festers and results in a review that isn't 5 stars. The feedback goes straight to designated contacts via text or email. Hosts can then take action if necessary.

This new functionality goes a step further as well. If there is no response at check-in time, the system will wait at least 24 hours and then weave in a mid-stay sentiment check into a conversation. This provides another opportunity for good communication, and reinforces the host’s commitment to a guest's experience.
