Video Welcome Messages now available through an AI Concierge

AIPEX is happy to announce that hosts can now provide video welcome messages to their guests, delivered via the Virtual Concierge. This capability is available as an automated calendar integration feature. During the first 48 hours of a guest’s stay, they can automatically receive a host’s video welcome message the first time they access the Virtual Concierge. Guests can also access the host welcome message on-demand.
